Register for Sunday School!
Summer is here, and it’s time to register for the 2014 – 2015 school year
at Fox Valley Jewish School!
FVJS classes, for PreK – 8th grade, are held twice a month at FVJN. Additional Hebrew class is also offered.

High Holiday Services in Geneva!
FVJN will be hosting two High Holiday services in Geneva, this year:
*Erev Rosh Hashanah on Wed., Sept. 24, 6:30 pm, in Geneva Library’s Community Room, 127 James St., Geneva.
*Yom Kippur on Friday, Oct. 3, 6:30 pm, at UUSG (the Unitarian Church), 102 S. Second St., Geneva.
These will be family and interfaith-friendly services!
Services will be led by Michele Rose, a Jewish lifecycle and religious service leader.

FVJS — Fox Valley Jewish School, FVJN’s Sunday school — is hiring for the 2014 – 2015 school year!
Hebrew Teacher Needed
Hebrew teacher needed to teach grades 3rd – 5th (beginning Hebrew students).
The Hebrew teacher meets with students for one hour, immediately following the FVJS morning.
She/he is responsible for planning and implementing Hebrew lessons (books are provided) for classes which meet 2 times a month.
This position’s pay is $25 per hour/session.

Teva’s Topsy Turvy bus is coming to Pushing the Envelope Farm!
All are welcome to join us on Sunday,

This event is hosted by the Prairie Jewish Coalition. Program will be held at 1700

FVJN’s Guest Bartender Night Fundraiser

Open to All! Bring the kids for a fun family dinner event!
We are hosting our second annual “Guest Bartender Night” fundraiser for our Capital Improvement Fund, to create additional classroom space for FVJN’s religious school, and you’re all invited! This event is open to all, so bring your family and friends for a fun evening!
The evening will include prize raffles and a 50/50 raffle. Thanks to McNally’s additional generosity, FVJN will receive 20% of the revenue from food purchases that evening (be sure to mention FVJN when ordering!).
